To keep pricing low, we've have generally suspended general or inquiry phone support. Yes, of course, we'll be happy to get on the phone with you, but please don't ask us things like "how much" for a book we haven't seen yet. Sight-unseen is too hard for us to quote.

As mentioned above, we've reduced telephone time for inquiries and sales calls. We were overrun during Covid and we realized very quickly that we could continue to provide our great, lower-cost service, without the phone support, or we'd have to nearly double our rates to continue to provide it. When we polled you, our great customers--you all said, you'd rather have the lower prices and so that's what we've done.
Our typical office hours are from 8:00am, MST to 5:00PM, MST, M-Friday and half-days on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and all 3-day weekends and US Federal Holidays. If you need a call, just let us know.
